All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Service Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates provided through our website or in-person consultations are non-binding and subject to change based on the actual scope of work.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins and may vary from initial estimates depending on conditions discovered during the job.
- Emergency services and after-hours calls may incur additional charges.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointment times are approximate and may be subject to change due to job complexity or unforeseen circumstances.
- We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Warranties and Guarantees
Monopolize Milwaukee stands behind our work:
- All workmanship is performed by licensed and insured professionals.
- Warranty terms on specific services will be provided at the time of service.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from our workmanship warranty.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
